This Connection is Untrusted or Cannot Verify Server Identity

One common message you may encounter when trying to log into your cPanel is the standard "This Connection is Untrusted" or "Cannot Verify Server Identity" message. Our servers use self-signed security certificates. These kinds of certifcates are valid for one year and then are reset to provide the most secure login to the private information stored in your cPanel. Because these certifcates change every year, they are not considered a "trusted" source even though there is nothing inherently wrong or unsecure about them. The message you are seeing is simply your browser asking you if you want to trust the server. Once you've agreed you will be able to log in without seeing this message again until the certificate is reset again the following year.

A small window will pop up, click the "Confirm Security Exception" button at the bottom to save this setting to your browser. You will then be able to log in to your cPanel like normal.
