If you are a new client, then you created your username and password when you signed up for one of our hosting plans. This information was also sent to you in a welcome email after your account was set up. It will be the same as your cPanel login info.
If you bought a hosting plan from us before our new billing site was set up, your login has been set as your cPanel username and password. Please note that your password will be the original password you signed up with (since you may have changed it since then). If you need us to resend this info, please click on the Contact menu button and let us know.
