Renewal and Cancellation
You will automatically receive an invoice when your account is up for renewal. If you choose not to renew, please disregard the invoice and contact us to let us know you are canceling your account.
Domain Names
All hosting packages require a domain name*. Hosting packages DO NOT include the price of a domain. We can register a new domain or transfer an existing domain for you for $12.50. Go here to check domain availability.*
If you bought a domain though us and need to edit your contact info or nameservers, log in with your cpanel password at Domain Management.
