- I don't get this place. How do I find out my username and password?
If you are a new client, then you created your username and password when you signed up for one of our hosting packages. This information was also sent to you in a confirmation email after your account was set up. It will be the same as your CPanel login info.
If you bought a hosting package from us before our new billing site was set up, your login has been set as your CPanel username and password. Please note that your password will be the original password you signed up with (since you may have changed it since then). If you need us to resend this info, please click on the Contact menu button and let us know.

- I'm clicking on your payment links but it's not working. What should I do?
Even if can't complete your payment, your order has been submitted to us. Please feel free to contact us and let us know of any problems you encountered so that we may fix them.
If you cannot complete your payment from the links provided, we will send a separate invoice to your email address. Once your payment has been received we will set up your new hosting account.

- I recieved an invoice with a payment link, but it doesn't seem to work.
It's come to our attention, that our payment buttons don't work in all email clients. If you are having this problem, follow the link in you invoice to login to your account. There will be another payment link attached to the invoice in your account.
If you still can't submit payment for any reason, feel free to contact us and we will send a different invoice. Or you can send a PayPal payment for the amount on your invoice to payment@swankwebstyle.com.
