FAQ Answers: Domains
  1. Can I pay for my domain for more than one year at a time?
No problem. Just contact us or add how many years you would like to pay for to the Additional Comments field on the signup form.

  2. I bought a domain with you about a year ago and I think it’s expiring soon. What do I do now?
If you signed up for auto-renewal, then you don’t have anything to worry about. We will renew your domain as soon as we receive your automatic payment from PayPal. If you only paid for one year, we will email you one month before your domain is up for renewal to determine if you would like to go ahead with the renewal. If you do, then we will send an invoice for $10.95 (or $22.95 if you signed up ID protect as well) and once your payment is received your domain will be renewed. Optionally, you can sign for auto-renewal so you don’t have to go through this every year.

  3. I need to change my contact information and/or nameservers for my domain. How do I do that?

You have full access to your domain name.  All you need to do is go to:

    http://access.enom.com

Log in with your full domain name (mydomain.com) and you password will be the same as your cpanel/ftp password.

Once inside you can change your contact information, nameservers or other domain specific services.
